Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) Conducts Every Year Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination (DCECE) To Admission In Government Polytechnic Colleges And Private Polytechnic Colleges In Various Branch Of 3 Years Course Affiliated With State Board of Technical Education (SBTE). Eligible Permanent Residentant of Bihar State Can Apply Online For Diploma (PE/ PPE/ PM/ PMD) By Filling of Simple Application Form.

After Completion of Online Application Process Applicant Needs To Wait For Admit Card For Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination. If Once Issued of Admit Card On Official Portal Then Needs To Appear For Examination. Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination Syllabus Will Be On The Basis of 10th Standard. Finally Selected Candidate Will Through Interview To Take Admission In Selected Polytechnic College.

 Bihar Polytechnic Selection Process:- Applicant Will Be Selected On The Basis Of Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination Marks As Per Generated Category Wise Merit List In Different Disciplines As In PE/ PPE/ PM/ PMD.

2. (i) Certificate of passing (ii) Marks Sheet and (iii) Admit Card for Intermediate / or equivalent examination for Para Medical Courses (Intermediate Level)
3. Caste certificate
4. Income & Assest Certificate to be produced by Economically Weaker Section
5. Character certificate
6. Income Certificate (If needed to be submitted at the time of counselling)
7. Application Form (Part-A)
8. Photograph
9. (i) Certificate for permanent resident of Bihar *(ii) Refugee Registration certificate (iii) Certificate showing that the applicant’s parent is an employee of the Govt. of Bihar *(iv) Certificate showing that the applicant’s parent is an employee of Govt of India and posted in Bihar or an employee of any Public Sector Undertaking of the Government of India and posted in Bihar at the time of the submission of the application *(v) Certificate showing that the applicant’s parent is an employee of the United Nations Organisation and that he/ she is at present posted in Bihar *(vi) Certificate for Servicemen’s Quota (SMQ), clearly mentioning the relationship of the candidate *(vii) Certificate for DISABLED Quota
